Targets:

i. Setting up services platform for investors facilitation “Industry Resource Centre” BKIT (Banks/Finance + Knowledge – R&DI /University + ICT/IT  + Training Centre) under one roof.  BKIT; IPO registration is attached.

ii. Developing Knowledge corridor and value chain (KVC) – (4.0. AI, IoT (Digitalize); RDI (applied), Academia (Basic), BDSP- Business development service providers - implementation).  

iii. Facilitating Industrial cooperation & local capacity building:

a. Existing SME 5 level linkages (Trade, joint ventures, Technology, Training, Energy) by      developing Youth – SME – G20 triangle

b. Setting up SEZ along with captive hydropower plants 50 – 300 MW.

Potential sectors: Biotechnology, Food processing, Chemicals

A. Advantage of cheaper raw materials, young labor force, 220 million markets, connectivity with the         middle east, central Asia, China
